Who we are

Magenta is a first-party analytics platform operated by de˄rozic. This policy covers magenta.ac, admin.magenta.ac, api.magenta.ac, and the Magenta JavaScript snippet when it runs on our own sites.

What we collect

  • Account data: email or phone used to sign in, display name, workspace domain.
  • Analytics events you configure Magenta to capture: page views, clicks, form submits, and custom events. These stay on Magenta infrastructure you control.
  • Approximate location from IP (country / region) for geo-based consent and reports.
  • Cookie choices stored in the first-party magenta_consent cookie.

Legal bases

Authentication and security processing is necessary for the service. Analytics, preferences, and marketing cookies on Magenta.ac wait for consent in the EU/UK (GDPR) and honor Do Not Sell / Share plus Global Privacy Control in California and other US opt-out states (CCPA / CPRA).

What we do not do

  • No third-party advertising cookies unless you enable marketing tags after consent.
  • No sale of personal information.
  • No cross-site tracking graph.

Your rights

You can access, export, or delete Magenta profile data from the admin console. EU visitors may also object, restrict, or withdraw consent from Cookie settings on this site. Contact privacy@magenta.ac.

Retention

Analytics events follow the workspace retention setting (default 365 days). Consent records are kept 13 months as proof of choice, hashed, without email or raw IP.
