Agreement

By using Magenta you agree to these terms. If you are using Magenta for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Magenta provides first-party analytics ingest, dashboards, extensions, and related APIs. We may change features as the product evolves. Paid plans are described on the homepage.

Your responsibilities

• Only install the snippet on sites you own or are authorized to measure.
• Provide accurate privacy and cookie notices to your visitors.
• Do not use Magenta to collect sensitive categories of data without a lawful basis.
• Keep API keys and session cookies confidential.

Acceptable use

No scraping our APIs beyond documented rates, no malware, no attempts to access another workspace. We may suspend accounts that harm the service or other customers.

Limitation of liability

Magenta is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from analytics downtime or configuration mistakes, except where law does not allow that limit.
